Tickets are on sale now, and prices increase regularly. We recommend getting your ticket early (you can switch weeks if you're unsure when you'd like to come).

Key takeaways:
Edge City India runs October 11 to November 1 in Mandrem, Goa and each week is organized around a theme:
Oct 11–17 | Environments of Tomorrow: New Urbanism, Energy & Climate, Food Systems, Education
Oct 18–24 | Rasayana, Holistic Longevity: Ayurveda, Biohacking, Healthspan, Consciousness
Oct 25–Nov 1 | Frontier Intelligence & Decentralized Futures: Deep Tech, AI, Decentralized Technologies, Governance, Hackathons
These themes are directional, and all of them will be reflected across the three weeks, so you don't need to come only for "your" week. We recommend staying as long as you can, because the overlaps between communities are where the best things happen.
Edge City India is also our most residency-driven village yet, with more than a dozen residencies already confirmed, spanning everything from women's health to a civic R&D lab built with Goan business owners. The weekly themes below are what tie them together, and because residencies host open sessions throughout, every talk, workshop, and demo day is open to every ticket holder.
Week 1: Environments of Tomorrow · Oct 11–17
New Urbanism, Energy & Climate, Food Systems, Education
We open with the systems that shape how people live together, and there are few better places on earth to ask these questions than India, where more than 600 million people are expected to live in cities by 2036, solar capacity has grown more than fiftyfold since 2014, and Goa itself is a live case study in traditional village design meeting rapid development.
Already confirmed for Week 1:
The Road to Edge caravan rolls into the village on opening day after ten days and 1,000 kilometres through South India's regenerative farms and eco-villages, and its participants arrive with firsthand context on food systems and village design that will shape the week's programming. Seats are still open, so apply here if you want to arrive the slow way.
The Community Builders Residency concentrates its public programming here, with talks and workshops on how real communities get built and sustained, from operations to aesthetics to coliving economics. Apply here.
The Ground Floor Residency launches its month-long R&D lab, pairing international AI builders with 100 Goan business owners, civic leaders, and researchers, with free seats for every local business owner. Apply here.
Edge Tomorrow, our kids' program, opens its hub and runs for all three weeks. Apply here and add your children to the application.
Week 2: Rasayana, Holistic Longevity · Oct 18–24
Ayurveda, Biohacking, Healthspan, Consciousness
Rasayana, or "the path of essence", is the Ayurvedic discipline of rejuvenation, a body of longevity practice India has been refining for thousands of years. Week 2 brings that lineage together with modern healthspan science, biohacking, and consciousness research, in a country where wellness has its own government ministry and the biotech sector is sequencing genomes at national scale.
Already confirmed for Week 2:
Anima House, our women's health residency, brings together leaders across research, clinical practice, and product for dinners, workshops, women's circles, and demos. Apply here.
Several more residencies in this space are confirmed and will be announced on this Substack in the coming weeks, spanning neurotechnology and the future of human connection, so if you work in this space, Week 2 is worth planning around. Our consciousness field-building also returns for a third year, and whether you're furthering this field from anywhere in the globe or a new mind joining the conversation, apply to join.
Week 3: Frontier Intelligence & Decentralized Futures · Oct 25–Nov 1
Deep Tech, AI, Decentralized Technologies, Governance, Hackathons
We close with the builders, in the country that produces more than a million engineers a year, ranks second on GitHub worldwide, and built UPI, which now carries nearly half of the world's real-time payments. Week 3 channels all of that into demo days, pitch days, and hackathons across the village's final stretch.
Already confirmed for Week 3:
The build3 Impact Accelerator lands its 10-week program inside the village, with around 30 founders joining and pitch day on October 30.
The Forge Residency runs its "Alexandria" cohort all month, an early-stage founder house whose last cohort raised $3.3M by demo day, and that demo day energy peaks here. Apply here.
Aqua0, a DeFi residency of builders working on the future of finance, and Vyne House, 14 micro-SaaS founders working toward their first 100 users or first $1,000 earned, both build toward this final week. Applications are open for Aqua0 and Vyne House.
Hacker House Goa, one of India's biggest builder residencies, a four-day sprint at the intersection of AI and crypto with $50K in bounties, 50+ speakers and mentors on site, and 247 selected builders working toward one goal, a shipped product with real users, lands in the village's final days, October 28 to 31. Registration closes October 1, so apply here soon.
Running all three weeks
Some programming runs across all three weeks rather than belonging to a single theme. The Inflection Fellowship brings fully funded builders under 25 for the full three weeks, the Creator Residency embeds video creators and storytellers documenting the village from the inside (apply here), Ground Floor runs its civic lab across the month, and Edge Tomorrow runs kids' programming through all three weeks, with projects showcased to the village every Friday.

Important note: topic assignments across weeks are directional, not fixed. Themes overlap, programs span multiple weeks, and subtopics will evolve as collaborators come on board.
How programming works (and how to take part)
Programming at Edge City comes in three formats, and while all three will be running in Goa, this village leads with the first.
Residencies are the spine of this village, each one a cohort of roughly 5–50 founders, researchers, or creators gathered around a shared thesis for a week or for the full run. The focus is on shipping, projects launched, papers written, teams formed, and because most residencies also host open sessions to share their work, every residency makes the whole village richer.
Tracks are about showcasing ideas, with a day or a week of thematic talks, workshops, and salons led by someone with depth and a strong network in their domain. Tracks create the entry points into every theme, and because most sessions are open to everyone with a ticket, you don't need to be in a residency to have a full Edge City experience.
Experiments are about testing, because when you put a few hundred curious, high-trust people in one village, you get a rare chance to run applied research in the real world, from piloting products with a live user base to prototyping new social and economic protocols. At Edge Esmeralda this summer we gave 239 people their own personal AI agents, which began by brokering introductions and ended up allocating a community treasury (here's what we learned with the Cosmos Institute), and Agent Village returns for its second run in Goa.
The boundaries between the three are porous by design, so a residency might run a track, a track might spawn an experiment, and the best programs tend to cross the lines.
How to get involved
We're accepting expressions of interest across all three formats, so whether you want to lead a track, run an experiment, or host a single workshop, tell us what you'd like to do and who you'd bring and we're happy to answer any questions! Reach out at info@edgecity.live.
It takes a community to create these popup villages, and the best programming at Edge City has always come from participants who showed up with an idea and made it happen.
If you already know you want to be there, apply and get your ticket, and book your room at Riva Beach Resort while our discounted rates last.
