Edge City India runs October 11 to November 1, 2026, in Mandrem, North Goa. Three weeks of coworking, community, and living well alongside founders, scientists, researchers, artists, and builders from India and around the world.
Applications are open. Prices will be going up regularly between now and October 11, so the earlier you grab your ticket, the more you save.
Pricing Principles
This is how we’re approaching pricing for Edge City India 2026:
Encourage longer stays. The full three weeks give the most immersive experience. A large part of what we test at each village is different ways of living and working together, and the longer you stay, the more that experiment pays off. The longer you stay, the cheaper the cost per day.
Local pricing. Indian citizens receive 50% off the base ticket price. Please indicate you’re a local in your application. ID required at check-in.
Scholarships. We want Edge City India to be welcoming to researchers, scientists, young builders, open-source developers, and artists. We offer a limited number of scholarship tickets for those who need financial assistance and can contribute in meaningful ways. Scholarship recipients commit to roughly 10 hours per week of volunteer effort during the event. Please indicate your need for a scholarship in your application.
Volunteering. We’re looking for motivated people willing to volunteer in exchange for a discounted ticket. Prices depend on hours volunteered per week. Apply here.
Welcoming to families. Edge City India is for all ages. Kids under 3 are free. Kids and teens (4–17) get 40% off the price of an adult ticket, and their ticket includes Edge Tomorrow, our kids residency, at no extra cost. Spouses or partners receive 10% off their ticket.
Pricing
Prices will be going up regularly between now and October 11. Grab your ticket early for the best price.
Below are the tier ranges (all prices USD). You’ll pay whatever the current Sunday price is when you check out.
Full 3-Week Pass (Oct 11 – Nov 1): $1350 → $2,000 final release
1-Week Pass: $675 → $1,000 final release
Day Pass: $135 → $200 final release
Kids and teens (4–17) → 40% off adult ticket
Kids under 3 → free
Indian citizens receive 50% off any of the above. Please indicate you’re a local in your application. ID required at check-in.
Spouses and partners receive 10% off any of the above.
Edge Tomorrow, our kids residency, is included in every kids ticket at no extra cost.
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If your plans change, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Email info@edgecity.live with the new attendee’s name and email.
Residencies
Anyone can host a residency at Edge City India. Residencies are self-organized by community members. If you have an idea for one, propose a residency here.
A residency is a group of 5 to 50 people who co-live and work together around a shared theme, with their own programming inside the wider village.
Important: If you’re planning to join through a residency, you’ll still need an Edge City India ticket. Your residency provides focused programming; your ticket unlocks access to the full village; village-wide events, spaces, wellbeing programming, and the broader community.
Some residencies cover their participants’ tickets and accommodation. We recommend buying your ticket before applying to a residency to secure your spot.
Residency announcements are rolling. Ticket holders get early access.
Scholarship Tickets
We have a limited number of scholarships for those who need financial assistance to participate. Scholarship recipients are expected to contribute roughly 10 hours per week of volunteer effort during the event. We prioritize scholars who apply for the full experience (October 11 – November 1).
To apply, select the scholarship option in your application and submit a 60-second video explaining why you’re applying and what your contribution might be.
Volunteer Tickets
We offer a limited number of discounted tickets for people willing to volunteer during the event. Volunteers help with programming, community care, production, and the many small things that keep the village running. Ticket prices depend on hours volunteered per week. Patron Tickets
This tier includes all aspects of a standard ticket, with an additional donation to our 501(c)(3). Patron tickets help keep prices accessible for builders, researchers, and young people, and help fund scholarships for those with less financial means.
Patron tickets start at $7,500.
What’s Included in Your Ticket
All tickets include:
Access to all sessions, seminars, events, hackathons, workshops, and beyond
Access to our collaborative calendar to host your own events
Coworking space in Mandrem, with meeting rooms and fast WiFi
Group wellness activities, including daily workouts
Community events, including village dinners
Access to the Edge City India chat groups
Discounts at partner venues in Mandrem and North Goa
Please note: Accommodation and daily meals are not included in the ticket price. Once you’re accepted, we’ll share a housing coordination sheet with villas, boutique hotels, and partner options. Community dinners run throughout the three weeks; Goa’s food scene handles the rest. More info on housing coming soon.
How Ticket Proceeds Are Spent
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our intention is for ticket revenue to cover event expenses. Creating a memorable experience involves real costs, and it’s important that this event is self-sustaining.
Major costs include:
Infrastructure and logistics
Leasing our coworking anchor
Building out event and community spaces
Community events, including village dinners
Wellbeing activities and facilities
Local production support
Legal fees, visa support, and insurance
Scholarships for those with less financial means
Core team’s time (planning started months in advance)
